Today is July 1, 2021 and a perfect day to begin documenting my activities here. Last Saturday morning I decided to move out and begin traveling.
After the Grand Reopening of Mimmack Motivational October this space will be mostly business essays and related entries.
With a friend's help after packing we set up the moving out sale and began by featuring some of my small kitchen appliances. The Black and Decker toaster oven, Hamilton beach blender, and space heater started show.
After she left I started adding patio art pieces, my father's metal sculptures, the TV, CD player, dolphin bookends, moose wilderness sea metal sculpture from Montana and many other nice items from the distant past and recent history. Including Monica's purchase of the Cuisinart food processor I made $121 on the first day unexpectedly.
With that the motivation in the hopper I committed myself to making the next four days fun and enjoyable. I value recyclable, reusable, up-cycleable, down-cycleable. My prices are reasonable for my lightly used items and I have had fairly good response.
Here's the highlights of the day:
Use 8' x 5' National Geographic world map as a table for moving out sale. The legs of the table are folding TV tray tables and empty containers. It turned out to be a little rickety but very stable overall.
First item to sell was red Adair oil rig mental helmet from Houston Texas 1970
